Gillette forward Dillinger signs NAHL tender

The Gillette Wild of the NA3HL are pleased to announce that forward Trent Dillinger has signed an NAHL tender agreement with the Wichita Falls Wildcats. The Wildcats compete in the NAHL’s South Division.
"We are extremely excited at this opportunity for Trent, he is the type of player who will thrive under (Wildcats head coach John LaFontaine) Coach LaFontaine,” said Gillette GM/Head Coach, Tom Winkler. “Trent plays with grit and intensity, and he skates incredibly well, all attributes that are needed to be successful at the NAHL level.”
Dillinger, 19, split this past season between the Gillette Wild in the AWHL and the Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees in the NAHL. The native of Gillette, Wyoming had four points in 21 NAHL games last season as he began the season with the Killer Bees.
Dillinger (6’2/180) finished the season in Gillette in the AWHL where he had 11 points in 13 games and two points in four playoff games.
In his three-year AWHL career, Dillinger has 77 points in 104 career games.
Prior to his junior career, Dillinger played high school hockey in Gillette.
