NA3EHL Update: The Quarter Pole

Cape Cod Islanders
The Cape Cod Islanders have recently been able to climb the standings thanks to a four-game winning streak. Forward Colton Hart has been on fire during the month of October, scoring 13 points in eight games. Goaltender Kevin Belanger has an impressive .928 save percentage. Defenseman JC Moritz has 12 points this season, seven of those coming from assists and a game-winning goal. Defenseman Isaac Bosse has two game-winning goals this month and a total of eight points on the season. The Islanders face a tough challenge this weekend with two games on the road against New Hampshire.
 
East Coast Minutemen
The East Coast Minutemen are currently 0-9 and are still looking to earn their first win. Even through the losses, goaltender Aidan Critchlow has an impressive save percentage of .884. Robert Gravallese leads the team with three points, including one goal and two assists. Matt Bauchman has two points this month and leads the team in scoring. Another notable aspect of the Minutemen is that they have managed to stay out of the box and have the least amount of penalty minutes this season with a total of 80. The Minutemen will take on the New England Stars in a home-and-home series this weekend.
 
Jersey Shore Wildcats
The Jersey Shore Wildcats have had the perfect start to their season with an incredible 13-0 start. The team leads the league in points and has managed to hold onto first place with a 10-point advantage on the second place team, the New Hampshire Fighting Spirit. Alexandre Racicot is tied for first in scoring throughout the league with 13 goals and a total of 21 points. Goaltender Tyger Howat has a save percentage of .933 and a total of four wins for the team in the month of October.  The Wildcats also have 13 power play goals and the best penalty kill in the league with 93.62% killed. Jersey Shore puts their perfect record on the line this weekend against Roc City in a home series.
 
Lockport Express
The Lockport Express are on a two-game winning streak, are fourth in the league with a total of 14 points this season and have a 7-5 start. Forward Nicholas Siracuse leads the team in points with 11 assists and nine goals to total 20 points. Siracuse is also third in the league for scoring. Ryan Logar is another notable forward with eight points during the month of October. Goaltender Tyler Shotwell has four wins this season and a save percentage of .891. Lockport is on the road this weekend with a series in Wilkes-Barre.
 
Maine Wild
The Maine Wild have eight points this season and are 9th in the league with a 4-8 start. Matt Henderson leads the team in points with six goals and five assists for a total of 11 points this season. Jake Dickson has three assists and leads the Wild’s defensemen for points this season. After starting out of the gates strong, the Wild have hit a rough patch recently, dropping their last five games. The Wild will take this weekend off, which will be followed by a six-game homestand in which they look top snap their losing streak.
 
New England Stars
The New England Stars are third in the league with a 7-4 record to start the season. A notable forward is Wes Monson, who is tied for first in the league in scoring for a total of 21 points. Goaltender Dane Pauls has an impressive save percentage of .904 and has five wins for the Stars. Cam Webster, defenseman, has 11 points, 10 of those being assists and is tied with Monson for most assists on the team. Also notable is the 14 power play goals for the Stars, the most in the league. The Stars, who have lost their of their last four games, have a home-and-home series with the East Coast Minutemen this weekend
 
New Hampshire Fighting Spirit
The New Hampshire Fighting Spirit is second in the league with 16 points and an 8-2 start. They have a perfect record at home, having won all three games played there so far. Also notable is the current four-game winning streak for the team, which helped them climb the standings to second place. Forward Alex Peddle has nine goals this season and a total of 12 points for the month of October. Goaltender Claes Endre has a perfect record with three wins and a .927 save percentage. The Fighting Spirit begin a seven-game homestand this weekend with a pair of games against the Cape Cod Islanders.
 
Roc City Royals
The Roc City Royals started their season with a 6-5 record and have 12 points. They have the most penalty minutes in the league, but still have an impressive penalty kill at 88.33%. Forward Austin Wesley leads the team in points with 12 goals and is fifth in the league for scoring. Forward Anthony DePetres has the most points on the team for the month of October, with four goals and six assists. The Royals have a four game winning streak that started on October 10. Roc City begins a six-game road swing this weekend with two games in New Jersey against the undefeated Wildcats.
 
Syracuse Stampede
The Syracuse Stampede started their season with a 4-10 record and have nine points. Forward Xavier Perron has the most points on the team with eight goals and seven assists for a total of 15 points. Forward Braeden Pearl has the most points on the team for the month of October with four goals and nine assists totaling 13 points. Goaltender Ryan Scheide has two wins for the team and a save percentage of .912.  Syracuse gets a break this weekend as they are idle, but they are in the middle of an eight-game road swing, which is their longest of the season.
 
Wilkes-Barre Miners 
The Wilkes-Barre Miners started their season with a 4-7 record and have nine points. Forward Austin Bandura leads the team in points with six goals and six assists for a total of 12 points. Arturs Bush has the most points on the team for the month of October with eight goals (one being a game-winning goal) and four assists for a total of 12 points. The Miners have the third-most power play goals this season with 12. Zak Bouve, goaltender, has two wins for the team and a save percentage of .890. The Miners host a pair of home games this weekend against the Lockport Express, which is followed by a five-game road swing.
