Pittsburgh 3 @ Toledo 2 (OT) - The Pittsburgh Vengeance's Nils Markgren scored 1:31 into overtime to beat the Toledo Cherokee, 3-2 (OT). Pittsburgh got the win with help from a great game by Eli Lynn, who had one goal and two assists. Lynn scored 59 seconds into the second period to make the score 2-1 Pittsburgh. Tyler Speis picked up the assist. Pittsburgh additionally got points from Speis, who also grabbed one goal and one assist. Other players who recorded assists for Pittsburgh were Leo Blore and Bryan Hovanec, who each chipped in one. Toledo excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in four chances. The Cherokee were led by Brody Duncan, who finished with one goal and one assist. Duncan scored 19:28 into the third period to make the score 2-2. Tyler Zalecki provided the assist. Ryan Bloom was all over the ice for the Jets, as he grabbed two goals in the win. Metro also got points from Jake Sealy, who also had one goal and one assist. Others who scored for Metro included Jacob Drinkard and TJ Krajewski, who scored one goal each. More assists for Metro came via Zach Koonce, who had two and Tyler Layle, Jason Newel, and Graham Day, who contributed one each. Southern Tier additionally got points from Brandon Desrosiers, who also registered one goal and three assists to lead the team in points. Mark Sunde also scored for Southern Tier. In addition, Southern Tier received assists from Tobias Gabrielsen, who had two and Alec Hooper and Curtis Carlson, who each chipped in one.
 
Topeka 2 @ Nashville 4 - The Nashville Jr. Predators and the Topeka Capitals were evenly matched throughout their contest, but Nashville made the most of its opportunities and won, 4-2. Neither team gained more than a two-goal lead, and Nickolas Tandeski's goal in the third period proved to be the difference maker. Tandeski had a great game for the Jr. Predators, netting two goals. Others who scored for Nashville included Jesse Hyde and Nicholas Redmon, who scored one goal each. More assists for Nashville came via Trent Kulczyk, Jon Evans, and Alex Durand, who contributed one each and Matiss Gelazis and Kyle Van Wyk, who each chipped in two. The Capitals were helped by Colin OConnor, who tallied one goal. OConnor scored on the power play 5:08 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Topeka. Topeka had gotten the advantage when the Jr. Predators' Redmon was sent off for tripping. Richard Yusa assisted on the tally. Topeka also got a goal from John Cuni as well. The two teams needed 12 turns to complete the shootout. Granite City got shootout goals from Michael Orke, Dallas Marvin, and Tanner Skaja. In addition to the clincher, Alexandria got shootout goals from AJ Gullickson, Tyler Berginski, and Tom Schmidt. The Blizzard saw a three-goal lead disappear, but was able to secure the win in a shootout. Alexandria made the score 5-2 on a short handed goal by Tyler Sworsky at 17:02 in the second period. The Lumberjacks evened things up at 6-6 on a short handed goal by Will Mix at 18:52 in the third period. In a losing effort, Granite City was led by Mix, who had two goals and one assist. Mix scored the first of his two goals on the power play at 4:09 into the first period to make the score 2-1 Granite City. A charging penalty on Logan Norman had put the Lumberjacks on the power play. The Wolves' penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on four Wisconsin power plays. West Michigan kept Wisconsin's goalie busy throughout the game, and Chris Johansen made 47 saves on 49 shots. The Wild were led by Brandon Beard, who registered one goal. Beard scored 12:30 into the first period to make the score 2-1 Gillette. Tristen Leberknight picked up the assist. Gillette additionally got points from Tyler Reble, who also had one goal and one assist, Mitchell McEwan, who also registered one goal and one assist, Ryan Bochert, who also racked up two goals and one assist to lead the team in points, and Darren Banks, who also tallied one goal and one assist.
