Jersey Shore completes three-win weekend with shutout

Syracuse 0 @ Jersey Shore 5 - Syracuse allowed Jersey Shore to net three goals during the second period and fell, 5-0. Jared Karas was all over the ice for Jersey Shore, as he grabbed two goals in the win. Karas scored at 11:23 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Jersey Shore and again while 5:36 into the second to make the score 2-0 Jersey Shore. Jersey Shore also got points from Christian Cooley, who also registered one goal and one assist and Dylan Plsek, who also racked up one goal and two assists to lead the team in points. Jersey Shore also got a goal from Marcus McCall as well. In addition, Jersey Shore received assists from Frederic Ampleman, who had two and Scott Hansen, Jared Schneider, Alexander Tan, John Rubin, and Freddie Schaljo, who contributed one each. Scott Albertoni rejected 15 shots on goal for Jersey Shore.

Wilkes-Barre 3 @ Skylands 6 - Alex Linquito was all over the ice for Skylands, as he tallied two goals and two assists in Skylands' 6-3 win over Wilkes-Barre. Linquito scored at 15:03 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Skylands and again while on the power play 9:45 into the second to make the score 4-2 Skylands. Skylands also got points from Cory Decosta, who also registered one goal and two assists and Joshua Mead, who also racked up three goals and two assists to lead the team in points. More assists for Skylands came via Hunter Ledwith, who had one. Wilkes-Barre was helped by Derrick Wruble, who had one goal and two assists. Wruble scored 7:45 into the second period to make the score 3-2 Skylands. Tanner Kahlau assisted on the tally. Wilkes-Barre additionally got points from Ryan Flanagan, who also tallied one goal and two assists. Wilkes-Barre also got a goal from Connor Landregan as well. In addition, Wilkes-Barre received assists from Brett Welsh, who had one. Ryan Bartholomew recorded 39 saves for Skylands.

New York 6 @ Lockport 1 - Robert Kalata netted a hat trick to lead New York over Lockport, 6-1. Kalata notched his first tally 8:20 into the first period. He then added goals at 19:46 into the first and at 7:26 into the second. New York's Stephen Mundinger was a brick wall in net, as he came up with 53 saves and let only one puck past him.  Others who scored for New York included Nick Jean-Louis, Alex Rojas, and Gunther Stange, who each put in one. In addition, New York received assists from Ricky Regala, who had one, Daniel Backstrom, who had four, and Jimmy Warrick and Martin Grinberg, who each chipped in two. Lockport was led by Andrew Logar, who scored the team's only goal. Logar scored 17:03 into the first period to make the score 2-1 New York. Frank II Vecchio provided the assist.

East Coast 5 @ Northeast 3 - Northeast tried to dig itself out of a four-goal hole, but East Coast held on for a 5-3 victory. East Coast took a 5-1 lead during the second period, only to have Northeast storm back on a Kevin Perry goal 10:36 into the third period to pull to two goals down. Rick Mulligan was a peerless playmaker for East Coast, as he dished out four to beat Northeast,. East Coast additionally got points from Mason Smith, who also registered one goal and one assist and Jon Macdonald, who also grabbed one goal and two assists. East Coast also had goals scored by Curtis Harper, Preston Palamara, and Albert Wiggins, who each put in one. More assists for East Coast came via Kyler Harding and Nick Padgett, who each chipped in one. Northeast forced East Coast goalie Aidan Critchlow to work between the pipes, taking 31 shots. Others who scored for Northeast included Austin Braley and Derric Trudeau, who scored one goal each. In addition, Northeast received assists from Zachary Smith, who had two and Brendan Collins, Travis Hyde, and Conor Harrington, who contributed one each.
