Evansville 7 @ Point Mallard 4 – Evansville broke through and made some history as they picked up their first NA3HL win as Brandon Rozema was all over the ice for Evansville, as he tallied two goals in Evansville's 7-4 win over Point Mallard. Rozema scored at 1:28 into the second period to make the score 3-2 Evansville and again while 3:14 into the third to make the score 5-4 Evansville. Evansville additionally got points from Jon Grimm, who also grabbed one goal and one assist, Michael Kelley, who also finished with one goal and two assists, and Mathieu Laforest, who also registered one goal and two assists. Others who scored for Evansville included Brandon Bornkamp and William Bonser, who each put in one. Peoria got the win with help from a great game by Andrej Buchko, who had two goals and two assists. Buchko scored the first of his two goals short handed at 10:52 into the first period to make the score 2-0 Peoria. Buchko's next tally short handed made the score 3-0 Peoria with 5:00 left in the first period. Jason Hoehn provided the assist. Peoria additionally got points from Levi Armstrong, who also grabbed one goal and one assist, Chance Homerin, who also registered one goal and one assist, and Hoehn, who also racked up one goal and one assist. Peoria also got a goal from Austin Wisely as well. More assists for Peoria came via Braden Stewart, who had two and Aaron Siegrist and Nathan Marlow, who contributed one each.
