Grizzlies, Generals, and Brahmas all win on Sunday
Rochester forward Andrew Bastian had four points in three wins this past weekend.
Rochester Grizzlies 4 @ Mason City Toros 1: After a slow first period we headed into the second period, where the Rochester Grizzlies scored a goal by Andrew Bastian, and one goal for the Mason City Toros scored by Aaron Sawicki making the score 1-1. In the third period, the Rochester Grizzlies scored three goals by Matt Haun, Owen Van Tassel, and Leo Milan making the final score 4-1. Tate Cothern saved 25 shots for the win, while Drew Blake saved 29 shots in the loss.
Northeast Generals 4 @ Danbury Jr Hat Tricks 2: After a slow first period we headed into the second period, where the Northeast General scored two goals by Reese Tamburo, and Michael Locke, and two goals for the Danbury Jr Hat Tricks both scored by Aidan Anderson making the score 2-2. In the third period, the Northeast Generals scored two goals by Caiden Hess, and Gabe Vijuk making the final score 4-2. Daniel Antal saved 15 shots for the win, while Riley Gorman saved 38 shots in the loss.
Mid Cities Jr Stars 1 @ Texas Brahmas 15: After a slow first period we headed into the second period, where the Mid Cities Jr Stars scored a goal by Wyatt Anderson, and nine goals for the Texas Brahmas scored by Grant Baker, Cameron DiLuzio, Gabe Arteaga, two by Josh MacDonald, one by Kaden Spaniol, Mitchell Berens, Sam Bailey, and Cameron Colberg making the score 9-1. In the third period, the Texas Brahmas scored six goals three by Kaden Spaniol giving him a Texas Hat Trick, one by Luke Moisan, and two by Joey Crowley making the final score 15-1. Brendan Forden saved 7 shots for the win, while Jack Elliott saved 4 and Carter Hill saved 43 shots in the loss.
