Americans defenseman Pizzey makes ACHA Commitment
The Great Falls Americans of the North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) are proud to announce that defenseman Luke Pizzey has committed to play ACHA DII hockey for the University of Montana.
Pizzey, 20, played his first season of junior hockey in Montana with Great Falls, appearing in 46 games, two of which being Fraser Cup Playoff games. Throughout his time with the Americans, the Black Diamond,WA tallied 21 points (3 goals, 18 assists). Pizzey recorded two points in a single contest on three occasions, his most recent two-point game coming on February 24th as he recorded two assists against the Badlands Sabres.
As the leading scorer for defenseman on the Americans this season, Pizzey was selected to participate in the 2024 Top Prospects Tournament.
Pizzey is the 3rd player to commit for the Americans this season.
