Sabres forward Petrotto makes ACHA Commitment

The Badlands Sabres of the North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) are proud to announce that forward Alexander Petrotto has committed to play ACHA DI for Grand Canyon University. 

A two-year player for the Sabres, the Rapid City, SD native appeared in 89 games for Badlands, recording 58 points (27 goals, 31 assists). As the second leading scorer during the 2023-24 campaign, Petrotto had back to back games with three points in each contest in mid-February, his best weekend of the season. Of his 27 goals, one was a game winner for the Sabres while five came on the powerplay. 

Petrotto is the 4th player to commit for the Sabres this season and will be one of six incoming freshmen with NA3HL ties for the Jackalopes.
