Toros forward Loahr makes ACHA Commitment

The Mason City Toros of the North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) are proud to announce that forward David Loahr has committed to play ACHA DI hockey for the University of Mary. 

Loahr, 20, is a two-year player for the Mason City Toros, suiting up for 89 NA3HL games, 5 of which being Fraser Cup Playoff games. The New Brighton, MN native recorded 58 points (25 goals, 33 assists), including one game winning goal, five powerplay goals, two shorthanded goals and one shootout goal. 

Throughout his time in Mason City, Loahr had 13 games where he was able to record two points or more in a single contest. This includes a five point game to end the 2023-24 season where he scored a pair of goals in addition to notching three assists. 

Loahr is the 6th player to commit for the Toros this season.
