3View: Atlanta Capitals

The 3View video series will feature an in-depth look into all NA3HL teams in preparation for the 2024-25 season, with one team being highlighted daily, leading all the way up until the start of the regular season on September 6th. 3View will include interviews with each team’s head coach, as they provide fans with their expectations and outlook for the 2024-25 season.

Head Coach: John Bowkus (Going on 4th season)

2023-24 season record: 20-23-3-1 (6th in South Division)

2023-24 leading scorer: Aidan Besedic (44 points)

2024 Playoffs: Did not qualify

2024-25 Division: South Division 

With plans to rely on returning players to take charge of the locker room, the Jeff Bowkus and the Capitals hope to remain focused on the end goal of qualifying for the 2024-25 Fraser Cup Playoffs and being a strong contender in the South Division. Be on the lookout for local players from the state of Georgia on the Capitals roster this season as Bowkus continues to be a one-stop shop for local players looking to take their talents to the next level.
