3View: Wisconsin Woodsmen

The 3View video series will feature an in-depth look into all NA3HL teams in preparation for the 2024-25 season, with one team being highlighted daily, leading all the way up until the start of the regular season on September 6th. 3View will include interviews with each team’s head coach, as they provide fans with their expectations and outlook for the 2024-25 season.

2023-24 season record: 24-20-1-2 (4th in Central Division)

2023-24 leading scorer: Hugh Deinema (46 points)

2024 Playoffs: Eliminated in Division Semifinal

2024-25 Division: Central Division 

Growing on what they’ve established in year one as a franchise is what Wisconsin Woodsmen Head Coach Jon Vaillancourt is focused on going into year two. Vaillancourt was pleased with the premier development that they established early on, in addition to the player buy-in which made their organization so successful. With five to six players returning from last year’s squad, Vaillancourt is confident that those players will help guide their new players in the right direction and carry over the momentum from the 2023-24 season.
