Both Yellow and Blue teams put up seven goals in wins on Tuesday
Yellow 7 @ Black 3 - Team NA3HL Yellow kicked off day 2 of the NA3HL Top Prospects tournament right where they left off on Monday, defeating team NA3HL Black by a final of 7-3 to finish undefeated. In the first, it was all team Yellow, as goals from Louisiana forward Brody Neish, El Paso forward Joseph Gutierrez, and fellow Louisiana defenseman Roman Vitolo staked the Yellow team to a 3 goal lead after 20 minutes, and they would not look back. In the second, Charles Blake and Dantae Hunziker would each tally goals to give the Yellow squad a 5 goal lead, but the Black team was not going to go down without a fight. Ashton Collings would open the scoring for team Black, and just over 2 minutes later, Caleb Waller would score to get the Black team back within 3. With just 56 seconds left, Caleb Waller would score to get the Black squad back within a pair, but that would be the closest they would get on the day, as 3rd period goals from Ashton Morin and Issa Murakami would seal the deal for the Yellow squad. For the Black squad, New Hampshire goaltender Charlie Donoghue would earn the start again, and make 19 saves on the day. In net for the Yellow squad, Austin netminder Gavin Morris would earn the start and make seven saves, then he made way for Atlanta netminder Robert Pogosyan, and Pogosyan would finish the day off with 10 saves.
Blue 7 @ White 4 - The second game of Tuesday saw team NA3HL Blue have seven different goal scorers, defeating team NA3HL White by a final of 7-4. In the first, Wausau forward Connor Dvorak would open the scoring for the White team, but goals just over a minute apart from Butte defenseman Weston Villers and Helena forward Chase Berg for the Blue squad flipped the outlook, and the Blue squad led by a goal after 20 minutes. In the second, it was all Blue squad, as goals from New Mexico forward Max Arlt, Helena defenseman Kelton Chadwick, and Badlands forward Ryan Jordan blew the game open, and the lead for Blue squad grew to 4 heading into the final frame. A pair of goals early in the period from Wausau forward Jake Garrow and Rochester forward Noah Joyce cut the Blue lead in half, but that would be the closest they would get. Moose forward Reid Watson would score for Blue squad, but quickly was answered by Wausau forward Thomas Gerum for the White squad. A late goal from Bozeman forward would seal the deal for the Blue squad. In net, Granite City netminder Nick Hansen tallied 13 saves in the start for the White squad, before making way for Wausau netminder Tanner Bonjernoor to stop 5 in the final frame. For the Blue squad, Moose netminder Dylan Posch earned the start and made 9 saves, before making way for Great Falls netminder Kaden Rhyder to tally 7 over the final frame
