Icedogs defenseman Weisenburger makes ACHA Commitment

The Bozeman Icedogs of the North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) are proud to announce that defenseman Wes Weisenburger has committed to play ACHA DII hockey for Montana State University.  

Weisenburger, 20, is a NA3HL veteran, now playing his third season in the league. The Great Falls, MT native began his junior career with the Great Falls Americans but has spent the last two seasons with the Icedogs. In 119 games, Weisenburger has tallied 42 points (7 goals, 35 assists). 

The defenseman posted back-to-back point performances against the Butte Irish in September, tallying two assists during Bozeman’s 5-1 victory, including the primary assist on the game-winning goal.

Weisenburger is one of three players to make a college commitment this season from the Icedogs.
