Hawks defenseman Ripstein makes ACHA Commitment

The Sheridan Hawks of the North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) are proud to announce that defenseman Daniel Ripstein has committed to play ACHA DI hockey for George Mason University.  

Ripstein, 21, has spent numerous seasons playing in the NA3HL, appearing in a total of 89 games to date. Throughout his time in the league, the Budapest native has recorded 20 points (2 goals, 18 assists). Since being acquired by Sheridan at the trade deadline, the 6’1” blueliner has notched three helpers, including the primary assist on the game winning goal during the 6-4 victory over the Gillette Wild on January 11th.

Ripstein is one of four players to make a college commitment this season from the Hawks.
