Brahmas Assistant Captain Forry makes ACHA Commitment

April 2, 2025

The Texas Brahmas of the North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) are proud to announce that Assistant Captain Chase Forry has committed to play ACHA DI hockey for the University of Utah.

Forry, 20, is a seasoned NA3HL player, having spent three seasons with the Brahmas. During his 125-game career, the Boca Raton, FL native nearly averaged a point per game, totaling 121 points (52 goals, 69 assists) under Head Coach Chad Bailey.

Forry has consistently improved his point totals each season, and this year was no exception. In 39 regular-season games, the 2004-born forward recorded 65 points, placing him 12th in scoring across the NA3HL. One of Forry's standout performances during the 2024-25 season came in October, when he was named NA3HL Forward of the Month. During that stretch, he recorded an impressive 23 points, averaging more than three points per game, and played a key role on the power play, contributing 6 points with the man advantage.

Prior to beginning his junior career, he spent two seasons in the NAPHL with the Texas Tigers and Texas Brahmas at the 16U and 18U levels.

Forry is one of two players to make a college commitment this season from the Brahmas and will join fellow teammate Joey Crowley at Utah in the fall.
