Icedogs Assistant Captain Upton makes ACHA Commitment

The Bozeman Icedogs of the North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) are proud to announce that Assistant Captain Dan Upton has committed to play ACHA DII hockey at the University of Montana.
Upton, 20, concluded his junior career with the NA3HL's Ice Dogs in his home state of Montana, playing 45 games. Over his time in Bozeman, the 6'2" defenseman accumulated 13 points, including 5 goals and 8 assists. His standout performance came on October 19th when the Ice Dogs triumphed 3-1 over the Gillette Wild. In that game, the Missoula, MT native assisted on the game-winning goal and later scored a short-handed goal of his own.
Upton is one of three players to make a college commitment this season from the Icedogs.
