Sabres defenseman Woolstenhulme makes college commitment

The Badlands Sabres of the North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) are proud to announce that defenseman Dylan Woolstenhulme has committed to play college hockey for Northern Arizona University.
Woolstenhulme, 20, is set to return to his home state of Arizona to begin his collegiate hockey career after spending three seasons in the NA3HL, primarily with the Badlands Sabres. The ‘04 blueliner appeared in 124 games during his junior career, posting 48 points (5 goals, 43 assists).
When looking at his pair of goals throughout the 2024-25 campaign, Woolstenhulme helped his team pick up a huge victory back in December as the Sabres defeated the Gillette Wild 5-2. During this contest, he tallied the fifth and final goal for his team on the man advantage. In addition to this nice powerplay goal, the Chandler, AZ native finished off the regular season dishing out two assists during a 5-0 victory over the Sheridan Hawks.
Woolstenhulme is one of two players from the Sabres to make a college commitment this season.
