Moose goaltender Posch makes college commitment

The Minnesota Moose of the North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) are proud to announce that goaltender Dylan Posch has committed to play college hockey for Illinois State University.
Posch, 20, recently concluded his junior hockey career after two seasons in the NA3HL, tending goal for both the Oregon Tradesmen and Minnesota Moose. The Mount Prospect, IL native appeared in 56 games during his time in the league, compiling a 27-21-2 record.
During the 2024-25 season, Posch played a pivotal role in his team's turnaround and playoff push, standing strong in net throughout the campaign. Of his 18 wins on the year, he was able to post two shutouts, both standout performances. His first clean sheet came on November 29th in a 5-0 win over the Wilderness, where he turned aside all 38 shots faced. He followed that with an even more impressive effort just weeks later, stopping 46 shots in a 3-0 victory against the Wisconsin Woodsmen, including a perfect penalty kill as the Woodsmen went 0-for-4 on the power play.
Thanks to his consistent play and strong season, Posch earned a spot at the 2025 Top Prospects Tournament, representing the Moose. Before stepping into junior hockey, he spent his 18U season competing in the NAPHL with the West Dundee Leafs.
Posch is one of four players from the Moose to make a college commitment this season.
