Capitals forward Hoffman makes college commitment

The Atlanta Capitals of the North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) are proud to announce that forward Delton Hoffman has committed to play college hockey for the University of Houston.
Hoffman, 20, is heading back to his home state of Texas to join the University of Houston Cougars. The ‘04 forward spent the past two seasons in the NA3HL, appearing in 78 games with the Capitals. Over that span, he tallied 14 points, including 8 goals and 6 assists.
His standout performance came on September 20th in a South Division matchup against the Texas RoadRunners. During the 6–2 victory for Atlanta, Hoffman struck twice in the first period, netting back-to-back goals, one of which would stand as the eventual game-winner.
