3View: Carolina Rage

The 3View video series will feature an in-depth look into all NA3HL teams in preparation for the 2025-26 season, with one team being highlighted daily, leading all the way up until the start of the regular season on September 5th. 3View will include interviews with each team’s head coach, as they provide fans with their expectations and outlook for the 2025-26 season.

Head Coach: Mike DeCarle

2025-26 Division: Southeast Division 

Head Coach Mike DeCarle is eager to lead the Carolina Rage into their inaugural NA3HL season as part of the newly formed Southeast Division. With deep roots in the local youth hockey scene, the organization is now taking the next step by launching its junior program, offering players in the region a new pathway for development. Backed by his high-level playing experience, DeCarle is focused on building a strong foundation and using his background to guide the Rage through their first year of junior hockey and beyond.
