Moose forward Meyer college commitment

August 12, 2025

The Minnesota Moose of the North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) are proud to announce that forward Owen Meyer has committed to play ACHA college hockey for Minnesota State University-Mankato.

Meyer, 20, joined the Minnesota Moose in late November and finished out the 2024-25 season in Blaine, appearing in 30 games. The Sun Prairie, WI native registered 25 points (11 goals, 14 assists) during his stint, notching multi-point performances in eight contests. His standout game came at the NA3HL Showcase, where he scored the game-winning goal and added two assists in a 5-1 victory over the Badlands Sabres.

Prior to beginning his junior career he played two seasons in the NAPHL with the Madison Capitols at the 15U and 18U levels.

Meyer is one of nine players from the Moose to make a college commitment this season.
