In his first junior hockey head coaching role, Isaac Washburn saw New Mexico as the perfect fit, from the ownership and facilities to the opportunity for player development within the Ice Wolves program. With the NAHL team under the same roof, Washburn is focused on bringing in players who are truly committed to advancing, not just checking the box of playing junior hockey. He’s looking to build a culture of hard work and purpose, helping players chase long-term success at the next level and beyond.
