Jr. Mountain Kings forward Yates makes college commitment

The New Hampshire Jr. Mountain Kings of the North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) are proud to announce that forward Bryce Yates has committed to play college hockey for the University of Louisville.
Yates, 20, is quite familiar with the NA3HL, having played two years with various teams but most recently with the New Hampshire Jr. Mountain Kings. Across 82 career games, the Granger, IN native totaled 32 points (10 goals, 22 assists).
His most impressive stretch with New Hampshire came in late January during a pivotal two-game sweep over the Northeast Generals. Yates played a key role, scoring a goal in each matchup and adding three assists for a five-point weekend that helped secure four crucial standings points.
Prior to his junior career, Yates developed in the NAPHL, skating for the Tri-State Spartans at the 15U and 18U levels.
He is one of two players from the Jr. Mountain Kings to make a college commitment this season.
