3View: Tulsa Oilers

The 3View video series will feature an in-depth look into all NA3HL teams in preparation for the 2025-26 season, with one team being highlighted daily, leading all the way up until the start of the regular season on September 5th. 3View will include interviews with each team’s head coach, as they provide fans with their expectations and outlook for the 2025-26 season.

Entering their second season in the NA3HL, Head Coach Chi-Yin Tse is focused on building a strong culture and establishing consistency within the Tulsa Oilers program. For Tse, success begins with staying grounded in the present, helping players focus on where they are now rather than where they think they should be. This approach allows the coaching staff to accurately evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement, creating a clear roadmap for growth. With this mindset, Tse is confident the Oilers can build off their foundation from year one and make significant strides in year two.
