3View: Wisconsin Woodsmen

The 3View video series will feature an in-depth look into all NA3HL teams in preparation for the 2025-26 season, with one team being highlighted daily, leading all the way up until the start of the regular season on September 5th. 3View will include interviews with each team’s head coach, as they provide fans with their expectations and outlook for the 2025-26 season.

Head Coach: Jon Vaillancourt (Entering 3rd season)

2024-25 season record: 24-16-4-3 (4th in West Division)

2024-25 leading scorers: Hugh Deinema (58 points)

2025 Playoffs: Eliminated in the first round by the West Bend Power

2025-26 Division: Central Division 

Head Coach Jon Vaillancourt has been with the Wisconsin Woodsmen since the program’s inception, building a strong foundation as the team continues to grow year after year. A former NCAA Division III athlete himself, Vaillancourt leans on his own experiences to connect with players and guide their development. He emphasizes focusing on the present rather than getting lost in long-term goals, encouraging his team to make every rep count and utilize all available resources to improve day by day. For him, it’s the small details and daily habits that ultimately fuel both individual and team success.
