Atlanta 1 @ Pelham 4 - The Pelham Prowlers triumphed over the Atlanta Capitals with a decisive 4-1 victory duinr game three of their series. The game kicked off with Pelham's Marlon Derksen scoring the opening goal at 9:53 of the first period, with an assist from Matthew Hunter. Not to be outdone, Atlanta's Jaylen Fluhr responded with a goal at 7:48 of the same period, leveling the score at 1-1. However, the Prowlers took control, as Matthew Hunter struck back at 4:30 of the first period, assisted by Derksen and Jacob Harrison, securing a lead they would never relinquish. The second period was a defensive battle, but Pelham's Lorenzo Pekarek extended the lead to 3-1 at 17:40 of the third period, with Bryce Croyle assisting. Just over a minute later, Hunter sealed the deal at 15:54, scoring his second of the night with assists from Luke Bradley and Derksen. Garrett Ambrose shone in goal for the Prowlers, making 41 saves.
Tulsa 2 @ New Mexico 10 - The New Mexico Ice Wolves went on a tear during Monday afternoon's matchup against the Tulsa Oilers in front of a crowd of 500. It was far from being boring, as ten goals were seen in 60 minutes of play from 60 shots by the Ice Wolves, and the Oilers didn't stand a chance. In the first period, Oscar Schneider would bury one near the crease when Connor Hanley fed him a backdoor feed to open the score. Then moments later, Connor Hubbard sniped one in from a redirect by Ryan Hoogsteen. Four minutes after, Cade Tilley would punch in two back-to-back goals to enhance his club's lead. Five seconds before the first buzzer, Alvard Ramazzini would capitalise on the power play after burying the rebound by Caleb Debruyne. To start out the middle frame, Jack Williams would get it started with a tuck-in goal, with the initial playmaker being from Bryson Quimby. Fast forward to the four-minute point, and Schneider would grab his second of the game and season after tipping in Grant Sexton's wrister from the point. To cap off the third, Hanley opened the score when he was set up by Schneider and Brock Seeger. Minutes later, however, the Oilers would go on the board in back-to-back settings. Alexander Elsner racked up consecutive goals for Tulsa, as he scored three minutes apart. Regardless, the Ice Wolves went back to work minutes later to seal the deal. After the minute warning, Hunter Bauer blasted one on the PP, with Williams and Hoogsteen cycling it. And ten minutes before the horn blew, Tilley got his natural hat-trick from an open-slot opportunity to call it a game.
