Sabres forward Jahner Makes College Commitment

The Badlands Sabres of the North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) are proud to announce that forward, Kyyan Jahner, has committed to play ACHA Division II college hockey for Marian University of Wisconsin (Fond du Lac, Wisconsin).

Jahner spent three seasons in the NA3HL with the Badlands Sabres. His improvement in the league was evident, as the 2025-26 season was his best season statistically. He recorded 28 points during the entirety of the season. He had 11 goals and 17 assists throughout 47 games.

“I have had Kyyan for 3 years and couldn't be more excited for him. His hard work and leadership have led him to this opportunity. We are excited to watch him excel at the next level,” said Sabres Head Coach Brooks Mitzel.

One of Jahner’s best performances of the year came on Feb. 7 against the Gillette Wild. He recorded three total points during the game, consisting of two goals and one assist to aid in the Sabres’ 5-3 victory over the Wild.

Jahner is one of four players from the Badlands Sabres to make a college commitment this season.
