3VIEW: Sheridan Hawks

The 3View video series will feature an in-depth look into all NA3HL teams in preparation for the 2026-27 season, with one team being highlighted daily, leading all the way up until the start of the regular season on September 4th. 3View will include interviews with each team’s head coach, as they provide fans with their expectations and outlook for the 2026-27 season.

Todd McIlrath is stepping into his first season behind the bench for the Sheridan Hawks. He places a high emphasis on attitude and effort in his coaching philosophies, and aims to make the coaching transition as seamless as possible in order to continue the momentum set last season. 

“A good attitude might not always be enough, but a bad attitude is always too much,” he says.

McIlrath acknowledges the importance of having veterans set the tone and is confident in the players returning from last year's team.
