3VIEW: Tulsa Oilers

The 3View video series will feature an in-depth look into all NA3HL teams in preparation for the 2026-27 season, with one team being highlighted daily, leading all the way up until the start of the regular season on September 4th. 3View will include interviews with each team’s head coach, as they provide fans with their expectations and outlook for the 2026-27 season.

Head Coach: Kevin Dessart (Entering 1st season)

2025-26 season record: 4-43-0-0 (6th in South Division)

2025-26 leading scorer: Alexander Elsner (11G 17A - 28 points)

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

After serving as an associate head coach for the 2025–26 season, Kevin Dessart has assumed the role of head coach for the Oilers this upcoming season. Dessart brings a well-rounded hockey background to the organization, and emphasizes a team-first approach centered around trust and respect.  

“Be a teammate you can trust and be a teammate that will be respected,” he explains, outlining the standards he expects from his players. 

As training camp gets underway, Dessart is expecting his veteran returners to set the tone early and establish the team’s culture for the season ahead.
