One More Week Until the 2026-27 Season

The wait is almost over. In just one week, The North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) will return for its 17th season, with the regular season set to begin Sept. 4.

The new season will bring five teams into the league for their inaugural campaigns: the Fox Cities Forge, the Garden State Gamblers, the Oklahoma City Warriors, the Phoenix Inferno, and the Minnesota Vulcans. The additions expand the NA3HL to 38 teams across six divisions. 

With new additions to the Central, East, South, and West Divisions, the 2026-27 season will feature exciting competition across the league. The reigning Fraser Cup champions, the Granite City Lumberjacks, will return to action Sept. 26 as they begin the defense for their title.

The NA3HL is one of only three USA Hockey-sanctioned leagues in the country, and remains committed to player exposure to the North American Hockey League (NAHL) and advancement to college hockey. No other league moves more players to the NAHL than the NA3HL, further highlighting its role for helping athletes skate, develop, and secure opportunities at the next level.

The countdown is on. In one more week, NA3HL action returns, bringing new rivalries, new stars, and another chase for the Fraser Cup title.
