Pelham Goaltender Jeffries Makes College Commitment

The Pelham Prowlers of the North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) are proud to announce that goaltender, Collin Jeffries, has committed to play ACHA Division III college hockey for the University of Alabama (Tuscaloosa, Alabama).

Jeffries spent one season in the NA3HL with the Pelham Prowlers, and appeared in nine games during the 2025-26 season. 

During those games he had a save percentage of .800 and a record of 2-5. 

“The second goaltender this season to make it on the Alabama roster,” said Kevin Kerr, head coach of the Pelham Prowers. “This is an exciting time for these young men as they move on to college and continue their journey.”

His best performance came on Sep. 28 against the Bayou State Rougarou. He posted a clean slate between the pipes with a shutout win, stopping 12 of 12 shots. 

Jeffries is one of seven players from the Pelham Prowlers to make a college commitment this season.
