3VIEW: Wisconsin Woodsmen

The 3View video series will feature an in-depth look into all NA3HL teams in preparation for the 2026-27 season, with one team being highlighted daily, leading all the way up until the start of the regular season on September 4th. 3View will include interviews with each team’s head coach, as they provide fans with their expectations and outlook for the 2026-27 season.

As the season quickly approaches, Jon Vaillancourt’s commitment to player development remains at the forefront of his goals, along with placing an emphasis on physicality and competitiveness early in the season. 

“Winning comes second to player development in my mind, but there is a balance,” he explains. 

Vaillancourt promotes a “fail-forward” mentality, encouraging players to embrace challenges and learn from mistakes. With a new group of players joining the program, the team hopes to build on the foundation already established and start the season off on a high note.
