Minnesota Flying Aces 4 @ Breezy Point North Stars 0: Mike Stumpf was a major factor in the Flying Aces 4-0 victory over Breezy Point stopping all 30 shots he saw to pick up his first shutout of the season. To supplement the stellar goaltending of Stumpf was Jake Mullendore, who picked up two goals and added an assist to lead the Minnesota offense. Breezy Point goaltender made 34 saves but ended up with the loss on the night. Boxscore

Peoria Mustangs 3 @ Chicago Bulldogs 4: The Chicago Bulldogs used three unanswered goals in the middle of the game to overpower the Peoria Mustangs and snap their long winning streak. Four different Bulldog players picked up goals on the night with John Godfrey picking up the game-winning goal on the night. The Mustangs had a spirited comeback attempt getting goals on the power play from Sam Turner and Andrew Scofield but still came up short in the attempt. Boxscore

Battle Creek Revolution 0 @ Cincinnati Swords 3: Solid goaltending and a balanced offensive attack was the key to the Cincinnati Swords 3-0 victory over the Battle Creek Revolution. Joe Shepard was a factor in net for the Swords stopping 18 shots on the night to pick up the shutout victory. The balanced offense saw three different Swords pick up goals and they scored a goal in each period. Zach Kooi took the loss in net for the Revolution but had a solid game stopping 27 shots on the night. Boxscore

Toledo Cherokee 2 @ Flint Junior Generals 4: A quick start saw the Flint Junior Generals score three goals to start the game and that was all the offense they would need in a 4-2 victory over the Toledo Cherokee. Josh Koepplinger picked up two of the three goals to begin the game to lead the Flint offense. Goals from Xavier Sudlow and Brody Duncan brought the Cherokee within one but a Flint goal from Nicholas Gnagni sealed the victory for the Junior Generals. Boxscore

Pittsburgh Vengeance 3 @ Metro Jets 4 (OT): Linville Lucas made the most of his debut game for the Metro Jets as he picked up the overtime winner to complete the hat trick and win the game for the Jets 4-3. The Vengeance and Jets traded goals during the first period but it was Michael Straub who scored in the middle frame for Pittsburgh to give them the lead going into the 3rd. It was then that Linville Lucas found his scoring touch for the Jets. His first goal came on the power play to tie the game at 2. Lucas found the back of the net again this time with the goalie pulled to push the game into overtime. Finally just 30 seconds into the extra frame Lucas struck again to secure the victory and complete the hat trick. Boxscore

Alexandria Blizzard 7 @ Wisconsin Whalers 6 (OT): The Alexandria Blizzard and the Wisconsin Whalers traded goals back and forth all night but it was the Blizzard who picked up the goal in the extra frame to win 7-6. Each team picked up two goals per period with Easton Halbert picking up the last goal of regulation with the Whalers goalie pulled to send the game into overtime. Blizzard leading scorer Ian Ecklund picked up his second goal of the night 52 seconds into overtime and sending the Blizzard away with the road victory. Boxscore

Michigan Mountain Cats 3 @ Cleveland Jr. Lumberjacks 5: Ben Lau picked up three points during the game and Joseph Moza stopped 37 shots in net to lead the Jr. Lumberjacks to a 5-3 victory. Cleveland started the game strong picking up goals from Lau and Scott Cuthrell in the opening frame. The Lumberjacks added three more in the middle frame to take a commanding lead they would hold to the locker room for the third. The Mountain Cats received goals from Guy Soulliere and Abram Prince but couldn’t receive enough offense to catch the Jr. Lumberjacks. Boxscore

Topeka Capitals 1 @ Dallas Jr. Stars 3: The Dallas Jr. Stars used their power play opportunities scoring twice on the man advantage to take down the Topeka Capitals 3-1. The Jr. Stars received their only even strength goal from Colin South in the first period but received power play markers from Raurie Petrich and Tommy Stock in the 2nd and 3rd period, respectively. Nick Rizzo picked up the only goal for Topeka on an assist from Austin Petrie. Boxscore

North Iowa Bulls 5 @ Twin City Steel 0: North Iowa Bulls goaltender Chris Amsden shut down the high powered offense of the Twin City Steel stopping every shot that came his way in a 5-0 North Iowa victory. After a scoreless first period the Bulls found their scoring touch picking up three goals from three different Bulls. They added on to their lead with two more in the third period including a goal from Matt Kroska, who also had an assist on the night. Twin City forward Jace Childs was held without a point during the game breaking his 11 game point streak in which he amassed 29 points. Boxscore
