It is often said that Christmas time is the ‘most wonderful time of the year.’ With that said, NA3HL players and their flow in December was like the jelly of the month club… the gift that kept on giving the whole year. The growth and style of hair on some of the guys was truly a present that everyone could enjoy.
So without further delay, the North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) announced its Gongshow Flow of the Month winner for December 2013. December’s award goes to NA3HL and Flint Junior Generals forward Nick Gnagni.
Gnagni, 20, is in his second season with the Junior Generals and having another great season. Through 31 games, Gnagni is second in team scoring with 35 points (17 goals, 18 assists). He appeared in all 48 games for Flint last season and was 3rd in team scoring with 49 points. In his two-year NA3HL career, Gnagni has 84 career points in 79 career NA3HL regular season games. He is also a +33 for his career and has four points in five playoff games.
However, more than Gnagni’s point-per-game average, is his attention to his flow. In his case, he started the season with a nice curly, slicked back mullet, but four months later, his style has now grown into a full-blown assault on the party that has formed in the back. Gnagni’s hair has a nice and blown-dry look to it as it makes it way down the sides and into the back. His nameplate on his jersey is probably partially covered up by now by the sheer length. For style points, Gnagni has added a small, but effective mustache and chin hair.
