North Stars give back during holiday season

The Breezy Point North Stars of the NA3HL recently held their second annual food donation to a local are food bank.

 

The team donated 284 pounds of food to the local food shelf. The donation included 289 items of the food to help those in need during the holiday season. The rest came from the loyal North Stars fans, boy scouts and North Star Staff.

 

The North Stars players that were on hand along with the wonderful volunteers at the food shelf were #23 Nik Boyer, #24 Austin Langworthy, #16 Billy Nichol and #25 Christian Meisinger. 

 

The players learned about how the food shelf works and helped out and it was a great day of giving back to our community.

 

Just another great example of an NA3HL team giving back to their community.
