Gillette, Point Mallard pick up wins on Thursday

Gillette Wild 11 vs. Billings Bulls 0-Lincon Riley made 10 saves on the way to a 11-0 shutout victory for the Gillette Wild over the Billings Bulls. Nolan Bartlett (2), Charlie Gerace, Cade Boreing, Andrew Hanson, Kyle Truax, Colt Johnson (2), Tyler Tennant (2), and Nick Stockert each earned points for the Wild. Point Mallard Ducks 5 vs. Euless Jr Stars 3-A hat trick from Point Mallard Duck Jake Cox helped them climb to a 5-3 win over the Euless Jr Stars. Brandon Knopf and Nicholas Gustafson also scored for the Ducks, and Thomas Delaney and Bryce Harrison notched one each for the Jr Stars. In net, Gary Glassman stopped 26 shots for Point Mallard, and Euless' Nick Hart made 37 saves on the night. Boxscore
