Maine forward Ledbetter makes NCAA commitment

April 3, 2018
The Maine Wild of the NA3HL is pleased to announce that forward and captain Mason Ledbetter has committed to play NCAA Division III hockey for Framingham State University.

Ledbetter, 20, just completed his final season of junior hockey. The 2017-18 season was his first in the NA3HL with the Wild. The 5’9/170 lbs. native of Lake Mary, Florida, tied for the team lead in scoring this season for the Wild with 60 points (33 goals, 27 assists) in 46 games played.

“I am very happy to announce my commitment to Framingham State University. I’d like to thank my family as well as coaches Jeff Tory and Michel Leveille for their guidance this past season,” stated Ledbetter.

“Mason was a very gifted offensive player for our team all season and a great captain. We wish him all the best next season,” said Wild Head Coach Jeff Tory.
