Dylan Dinzik registered a hat trick as the Skylands Kings defeated the Texas RoadRunners 7-2 on Day 1 of the NA3HL East Showcase.

Skylands 7 @ TX RoadRunners 2 - Dylan Dinzik registered a hat trick as the Skylands Kings defeated the Texas RoadRunners 7-2. Thomas Hoffman and Khole Hibbert each tallied a goal and two assists in the win. James Clarke and Trevor Christopher also lit the lamp for the Kings. Jacob King earned the win in net as he made 25 saves. Garrett Wilderman and Myles Westbrook found the back of the net for Texas, Jaeger Reed and Cole Garver combined to make 21 saves.
 
Elmira 6 @ NE Knights 3 - Liam Murphy and Jayvon Fogelgren each potted a pair of goals as the Elmira Jr. Soaring Eagles doubled up the New England Knights 6-3. Thomas Leibold chipped in a goal and an assist while Ethan Fuller also found the back of the net. Daniel McCarthy stopped 21 shots. Kevin Belanger, Nolan Murphy and Leevi Kervinen all scored for New England in the loss. Patrick Gribbin and Steven Berry teamed up to make 33 saves. 
 
L/A Nordiques 2 @ Atlanta 1 - Joe Clark’s second period tally proved to be the game winner as the L/A Nordiques outlasted the Atlanta Capitals 2-1. Will Fletcher had the other goal for the Nordiques in the win. Nick Beck picked up the win in goal as he turned aside 30 of 31 shots. Gunner Moore provided the only offense for Atlanta while Noah Ping made 37 saves in the loss.
 
St. Louis 4 @ NE Stars 2 - Sean Hofstetter scored his league leading 11th and 12th goals as the St. Louis Jr. Blues beat the New England Stars 4-2. Chase Morgan and Joey Solimando both scored for the Jr. Blues. Trevor Smith was busy as he made 35 saves to pick up the win in goal. Michael Lempiainen and Anthony Viola contributed goals for the Stars. Matt Marini made 28 saves in a losing effort.
 
TX Brahmas 5 @ Louisiana 2  - Jack Cooper’s big night lifted the Texas Brahmas to a 5-2 win. The forward scored a hat trick and picked up a helper. Richard Indermill and Danny Barry both picked up goals for the Brahmas. Bryce Runyan denied 18 of 20 Louisiana shots. Blake Siewertsen and Zach Smith scored for the Drillers. James Downie stopped 19 shots.
 
Maine 1 @ Long Beach 4 - The Long Beach Sharks started slow but scored three goals in the final period to pick up the 4-1 win over the Maine Wild. Steven Ferraro, Chris Wracker, Matthew Barnes and Stephen Conklin all scored in the win for Long Beach. Richard Prazan stopped 19 of 20 shots to get the win in between the pipes. Luke Church scored the only goal for the Wild while Matt Beensterboer made 29 stops. 
 
Northeast 5 @ Danbury 1 - Eyan Helm scored twice and Kolye Bankauskas had three assists as the Northeast Generals topped the Danbury Colonials 5-1. Carson Asper, Drew Schemmel and Samuel Rychvalsky all scored for the Generals. Justin Simmons had an easy night as he only needed to make 13 saves to get the win. Dylan Webber scored the lone goal for Danbury and Shane O’Brien made 36 saves in the loss.
