Granite City forward Pogue makes NCAA commitment

The Granite City Lumberjacks of the NA3HL are pleased to announce that forward and captain Ryan Pogue has committed to play NCAA Division III hockey for Concordia College.
Pogue, 20, is in his second and final season playing for the Lumberjacks in the NA3HL. The 5’7/155 lbs. native of Bemidji, Minnesota, is currently 5th in team scoring for Granite City this season with 31 points (12 goals, 19 assists) in 36 games played.
Pogue was recently selected to and played in the 2020 NA3HL Top Prospects Tournament for the West Division, where he had a standout performance with five points in three games played during the event.
Overall in 71 career NA3HL games, Pogue has 60 points (30 goals, 30 assists).
“We are excited for Ryan and his commitment to further his hockey career and education at Concordia. He has been a great leader for us both on and off the ice. Ryan plays in all situations and that will bring him success at the next level,” said Granite City head coach Brad Willner.
