Willmar forward Perry makes college commitment

The Willmar Warhawks of the NA3HL are pleased to announce that forward Angelo Perry has committed to play ACHA Division 1 hockey for Midland University.

 

Perry, 19, just completed his second season of playing junior hockey in the NA3HL The 5’8/150 lbs. native of Fremont, Nebraska, appeared in 29 games during the 2019-20 season and recorded 10 points (3 goals, 7 assists).

 

"He's a high-energy, skilled forward that can put up good numbers while being hard to play against," said Midland Head Coach Jason Cirone. "I've had the chance to watch him grow in the sport and I told him the first time I met him that he'd play for me one day. I'm really excited to have another local kid join our hockey family."

 

Overall in two seasons in the NA3HL with the WarHawks, Perry has appeared in 47 games and recorded 13 points.
