he North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) today announced the Divisional Stars of the Week presented by Bauer Hockey for the week ending November 8, 2020. The divisional stars of the week are awards given each week of the regular season to the top-performing players in each of the five divisions of the NA3HL as nominated by their head coaches.

Central Division Star of the Week: Cole Walter, G, Peoria Mustangs

Walter rose to the occasion in two starts against Milwaukee this week, backstopping the Mustangs to a pair of wins with 64 saves in that span. The Rochester, MN native stopped 33 of 36 shots in Friday’s win, good for a .917 save percentage, and was again dominant with 31 saves on 32 shots to top the Power on Saturday. With a season-best .969% in that second win, Walter’s stat totals jumped up to a .913 save percentage and a 2.45 GAA as the veteran netminder moved to 3-1-0 on the year.
