Generals top Bobcats on Thursday, 5-2

Northeast 5 vs. Bay State 2 – Five different players scored and goalie Kyle McGuire made 30 saves as the Northeast Generals widened their lead atop the East Division thanks to a 5-2 win on Thursday afternoon over the Bay State Bobcats. Bay State opened the scoring thanks to a nice breakaway move and goal from Gordon Ogden. The Generals responded with three goals in eight minutes to take a 3-1 lead as Nick Wracker, Jacob Kosinski, and Gils De Schepper scored. In the 2^nd period, the Generals got two more goals from Jacob Kaminski and Payton Felix to secure the 5-2 win. Zakary Justice had the other goal for the Bobcats.
