Saturday Box Scores

Yellowstone 2 @ Sheridan 10 - The Hawks' winning ways continued with a 10-2 win over the Quake on Saturday, with Jack Harris and Jacob Cummings each scoring twice and Christian Wong-Ramos stopping 20 of 22 shots to highlight the victory. Tony Brings, Zach Brydges, Blake Billings (who starred with seven total points), Brice French and Davis Smidt chipped in goals to round out the Hawks' offense, while Tyler Hanson and Jack Luttringer nabbed the Yellowstone goals. Jarret Perino and Connor Carroll of Yellowstone combined for 46 saves in net.

Rochester 5 @ Oregon 2 - Oregon struck first, but the Grizzlies proved too strong, riding four consecutive goals to an eventual 5-2 road win over the Tradesmen. Five different skaters -- Cole Gibson, Teppei Ueno, Collin Pederson, Dylan Schneider and Garrett Smith -- lit the lamp for Rochester, which was backstopped by Shane Soderwall with 37 saves between the pipes. Abe Laggis and Jacob Best provided Oregon's attack, with Hunter Adams facing down 52 of 56 shots in net.

Oklahoma City 7 @ El Paso 4 - Saturday saw another back-and-forth classic between these two teams, which the Blazers won 7-4 on the back of two Gabe Shipper tallies and 18 saves from Jacob Ahl. Samuel Miller, Artem Korolev, Tynan Peacock, Anton Thelander and Patrick Wyers each nabbed goals for the high-flying Blazers, while Noah Decker's two goals and individual strikes from John Mulvihill and Noah Easterson put El Paso on the board. Rustam Kulizade and Ryan Nocerino combined for 23 saves in the loss.

Northeast 11 @ New England 3 - Highlighted by Jake Hosszu's hat-trick and Jacob Kosinski's double, the Generals rode a rampant offense and strong netminding from Espen Reager to an 11-3 win over the Sharks on Saturday. Payton Felix, Deacon More, James Clarke, Braeden Kennedy, Nick Ramm and Tyler Ramm each lit the lamp in Northeast's rampage, while Kyle Gilbert, Anderson O'Connor and Aleksandr Gamzatov chipped in goals for New England.

Jr. Hat Tricks 3 @ Titans 2 - Misha Mshar's two goals made the difference for Springfield as the Jr. Hat Tricks edged out the Titans 3-2 on Saturday. Mshar tallied the lone goal of the first period to post an early Springfield lead, before trading second-period strikes with Jules Jardine of Mass. And after Brandon Avezov leveled things up for the Titans early in the third, Nick Cullinan grabbed the game-winner for the Jr. Hat Tricks late in the frame. Trey Hirschfield picked up the win with 30 saves on the night, while Grant Goodson stopped 32 for Mass.

TX Brahmas 3 @ Louisiana 2 - The Brahmas ripped off a run of three unanswered goals in the first period, fueling a 3-2 win over the Drillers on Saturday night. Andrew Rothmeier of Louisiana potted the game's first goal in the opening minute, but Jacob Kalandyk, Ian Erdman and Jack Cooper responded with three straight for Texas before the end of the frame. The Drillers mounted a late comeback bid with Jack Lambert's third-period marker, but fell short of forcing OT. Dolan Gilbert's 34 saves earned the win for Texas, while Kyle Karoleski stole the show between the Drillers pipes with 64 saves in the loss.

Peoria 1 @ St. Louis 2 - Tony Andrews scored with just one second remaining in the game to give the Jr. Blues a 2-1 win over the Mustangs on Saturday. Peoria's Jaycob Bland and St. Louis' Chase Morgan traded goals in the first period, before a scoreless stretch spanned the remainder of the game until Andrews' heroics. Danny Fraga earned the win with 27 saves in the St. Louis cage, while Cole Walter turned aside 18 pucks for Peoria.

Milwaukee 4 @ Wausau 1 - Mason Ausmus scored twice and Cole Shane stopped 42 of 43 shots to push the Power past the RiverWolves 4-1 in Wausau. Tyler Nelson and Nate Stone rounded out the Milwaukee scoring, while Tommy Raith put Wausau on the board in front of Joseph La Forge's stunning 46 saves in the RiverWolves' defeat.

Butte 4 @ Helena 7 - Another goal fest popped up in the Frontier Division between the Bighorns and Cobras, as both netminders posted at least 45 saves in a 7-4 Helena win. Jordan Douglas, Andrew Deskin, Isaac Ellingson, Harlan Wojtusik, Wyatt Hanson, Andrew MacCallum and Connor Doyle fueled the Bighorns' attack, while David Hanny, Riley Austin, Blake Nichols and Zane Cluphf put Butte on the board. Anthony Adleman earned the win with 45 saves for Helena, while Tommy Near was dealt the tough-luck loss despite 46 saves for Butte.

North Iowa 3 @ Willmar 1 - Lucas Jorgenson and Carter Newpower scored third-period goals for the Bulls to break a 1-1 deadlock and give their team a 3-1 win over the Warhawks on Saturday. Cal Nauss opened the scoring for North Iowa, but Lewis Rowan responded for Willmar in the following frame, setting the stage for Jorgenson and Newpower's late heroics. Evan Babekuhl's 27 saves were good enough to win, while Lukas Haugen stopped 34 in Willmar's defeat.
