NA3HL announces monthly players awards for January

The North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) has announced its monthly player awards for the month of January. The Forward of the Month is Caden Butler of the El Paso Rhinos. The Defenseman of the Month is Colin Clough of the El Paso Rhinos. The Goaltender of the Month is Jack Orchard of the Gillette Wild. Only players who are nominated by their respective teams are considered for the NA3HL monthly awards.
Bauer Hockey NA3HL Forward of the Month: Caden Butler, El Paso Rhinos
El Paso forward, Caden Butler, was red hot in the month of January in the 10 games he appeared in recording an outstanding 28 points. The Phoenix, AZ native lit the lamp 11 times and was called on 17 assists along with a +23 rating. So far this season, Butler has appeared in 30 games with 60 points (24G, 36A) and leads the Rhinos in scoring. Butler is also tied for 11th place in the NA3HL amongst all scorers.

Bauer Hockey NA3HL Defenseman of the Month: Colin Clough, El Paso Rhinos
El Paso Rhinos defenseman, Colin Clough added 17 points in the 9 games he played in January. The blueliner scored 5 goals and handed out 12 assists for those 17 points while holding an outstanding +24 rating. The Scottsdale, AZ native has played in 31 games this year with 10 goals and 23 assists for 33 points. Clough is currently ranked #10 in the NA3HL’s top scoring defenders.

NA3HL Goaltender of the Month: Jack Orchard, Gillette Wild
Gillette Wild netminder, Jack Orchard, was lights out between the pipes in the month of January with a 5-0 record while recording 2 shutouts in those games. In his five showings in the month, Orchard held a 1.58 GAA and .947 SV% stopping 144 of the 152 shots he faced. The Fort Frances, ON, CAN native has a perfect 16-0 record this year with a 1.86 GAA and a .933 SV%.
