NA3HL announces Bauer Hockey Stars of the Week

November 15, 2022

The North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) today announced the Divisional Stars of the Week presented by Bauer Hockey for the week ending November 13, 2022. The Divisional Stars of the Week is an award given each week of the regular season to the top performing players in each of the five divisions of the NA3HL as nominated by their head coaches. 

 

Central Division Star of the Week: Tristan Trudel, Forward, Peoria Mustangs

Peoria Mustangs forward Tristan Trudel put on a show over the weekend in a weekend series sweep over the Wausau Cyclones accounting for 5 points. In his first showing, Trudel got the scoring going in the first period, mixed in an assist in the second frame, and then closed the night out with the final goal of the contest. In the second game, Trudel added two goals with one in the second period and the final goal of the game late in the third. The Dunlap, IL native has played in 16 games this season and has totaled 20 points with 16 goals and 14 assists. 

2nd Star: Adam Prokop, G, Milwaukee Power

East Division Star of the Week: Jack Fitzpatrick, Forward, Long Beach Sharks

Sharks forward Jack Fitzpatrick added five goals in the two games he appeared in over the weekend to help Long Beach earn 4 points in a weekend sweep over Danbury. In a 7-2 win, the forward added a hat-trick plus another goal to account for 4 of the 7 goals scored by the Sharks. The following night, Fitzpatrick scored what would be the go ahead game winning goal and his 5th point on the two game weekend. This season, Bad Axe, MI native has appeared in 15 games this season combining for 17 points with 12 goals and 5 assists.

Frontier Division Star of the Week: McCaffrey Billings, Defenseman, Sheridan Hawks

Sheridan defenseman McCaffrey Billings earned the Frontier Star of the Week after his 3 point performance. The hometown product of Sheridan, WY appeared in two games helping the Hawks in a weekend sweep over Great Falls. The blue-liner added 2 assists and an unassisted goal in two games. This season, Billings has recorded 13 points in 15 games played.

South Division Star of the Week: Trey Erramouspe, Forward, El Paso Rhinos

El Paso Rhinos forward Trey Erramouspe dazzled the scoresheet adding 10 points in the 3 games he appeared in. In a three game set against the Mid-Cities Stars, the Santa Teresa, NM native added a goal in the third period on the opening night. In the second game of the weekend, Trey added two goals and an assist and then finished off the weekend with an outstanding showing with a goal and 5 assists. This season Erramouspe has appeared in 9 games and has totalled 19 points.

West Division Star of the Week: Joe Greniuk, Defenseman, Granite City Lumberjacks

Defenseman Joe Greniuk of the Granite City Lumberjacks earned this week's Star of the West Division after his 2 game performance totalling 6 points. The Elk River, MN native added an assist in the opening game of the week, followed by a 5 point night with 2 goals and 3 assists. So far this year, Greniuk has appeared in 15 games and has totalled 16 points with 4 goals and 12 assists.
