NA3HL announces monthly player awards for December

The North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) has announced its monthly player awards for the month of December. The Forward of the Month is Nick Jameus of the Atlanta Capitals. The Defenseman of the Month is Austin Micale of the Atlanta Capitals. The Goaltender of the Month is Cam Milewski of the Bozeman Icedogs. Only players who are nominated by their respective teams are considered for the NA3HL monthly awards.

Bauer Hockey NA3HL Forward of the Month: Nick Jameus, Atlanta Capitals

Atlanta Capitals forward Nick Jameus continued lighting up the scoresheet in 9 games during the month of December to earn this month's honor. The Sault Ste Marie, Ontario native totalled a jaw-dropping 28 points in those 9 games scoring 7 goals and adding 21 assists. Jameus leads the NA3HL in scoring with 74 points after playing in 31 games with 17 goals and 57 assists.

Bauer Hockey NA3HL Defenseman of the Month: Austin Micale, Atlanta Capitals

Atlanta Capitals defenseman, Austin Micale, earned the Defenseman of the Month after recording 17 points in 9 games during the month of November. Micale netted 5 goals and handed out 12 helpers while maintaining a +13 rating during the month. The Hamilton, NJ native has played in 31 games this season where he has combined for 33 points, which ranks him third among all NA3HL defenders in scoring.

True Hockey NA3HL Goaltender of the Month: Cam Milewski, Bozeman Icedogs

Bozeman goaltender Cam Milewski was perfect between the pipes in the month of December with a 5-0 record. Milewski saw 155 shots over the course of five games, while only allowing 6 goals. The Mission Viejo, CA native also posted a 40 shot shutout win during the month. Milewski combined for a 1.20 GAA and a .961 SV% throughout the December.
