NA3HL announces Bauer Hockey Stars of the Week

The North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) today announced the Divisional Stars of the Week presented by Bauer Hockey for the week ending March 5, 2023. The Divisional Stars of the Week is an award given each week of the regular season to the top performing players in each of the five divisions of the NA3HL as nominated by their head coaches. 

 

Central Division Star of the Week: Bryce Garber, Forward, Milwaukee Power

Bryce Garber totalled 5 points in two games to earn the Central Division Star of the Week. The Osceola, In native added two goals and dished out two helpers in the weekend opener, then followed up with a one assist game. Garber has appeared in 46 games this season and has totalled 33 points.

2nd Star: Luke Morrisette, F, Rochester Grizzlies

Honorable Mention (alphabetical): Ruslan Ospanov, F, Rochester Grizzlies

 

East Division Star of the Week: Phil Feinberg, Forward, Northeast Generals

Generals forward Phil Feinberg totalled 5 points in two games to earn the East Division Star of the Week. Feinberg scored a goal in each appearance and added 3 assists. The Highland Ranch, CO native has appeared in 13 games this season in the NA3HL and has combined for 29 points with 16 goals and 13 assists. 

2nd Star: Logan Plante, F, Long Beach Sharks

Frontier Division Star of the Week: Makhai Sparks, Forward, Sheridan Hawks

Hawks forward Makhai Sparks totalled 4 points in two games to earn the Frontier Division Star of the Week. Sparks opened up the weekend adding two assists then followed up with a two goal night. Sparks has played in 39 games this season and has totalled 67 points with 35 goals and 32 assists. 

2nd Star: Patrick Crooks, F, Butte Cobras

Honorable Mention (alphabetical): Tamer Billman, F, Butte Cobras – Ben Cremers, F, Great Falls Americans – Caleb Murray, F, Sheridan Hawks – Ryan Stowe, G, Great Falls Americans


South Division Star of the Week: Eitan Geralnik, Forward, Texas RoadRunners

RoadRunners forward Eitan Geralnik put on a show as he totalled 12 points in four games. The native Texan started the three game set silent then quickly picked up steam as he added two assists, had a five point game with 3 goal and 2 assist, then finished his final regular season game with 4 goals and an assist all while maintaining a +9 rating. Geralnik finished off the regular season with 81 points in 47 games played.

2nd Star: Micah Maldonado, F, Louisiana Drillers

Honorable Mention (alphabetical): Hunter Hein, G, Texas RoadRunners – Joel Liljegren, D, Louisiana Drillers


West Division Star of the Week: Tyler Misialek, Forward, Willmar WarHawks

WarHawks forward Tyler Misialek earned the West Division Star of the week after a two game performance totalling 5 points. The Fargo, ND native netted two goals in his first showing of the weekend and followed up with a 3 point game with a goal and 2 assists. Misialek has played in 41 games this year and has totalled 33 points.

2nd Star: Luke McCarthy, F, Willmar WarHawks
