NA3HL announces 2023 Fraser Cup Championship Schedule

March 20, 2023

The field is set and ready to go for the 2023 NA3HL Fraser Cup Championship, which takes place from March 22-26 at the St. Peters Rec Plex in St. Peters, Missouri. Six teams have advanced to the season-ending event, which annually crowns the NA3HL National Playoff Champion.

A round-robin format with two pools will be implemented, with the top two teams in each pool advancing to the Semi-Finals, where they will then cross over to play the other top two teams from the other pool. The winners of the Semi-Finals will advance to the Fraser Cup Championship Game. The six teams that advanced to the Fraser Cup Championship Tournament were seeded 1-5 based on their division’s performance against other divisions at the NA3HL Showcase. The wild card team is the 6th seed.

Games can be seen live and in HD on HockeyTV

The event will be held in cooperation with the first of five 2023 NAHL Combines and the NAPHL Spring Top Prospects Tournament. Entering its 10th year in 2023, the NAHL Combines introduce and provide players with a weekend that involves the 'NAHL Experience,' which will consist of competitive hockey, education of the future levels of hockey, academic preparation for NCAA hockey and exposure to professional, college and junior scouts. The Spring Top Prospects Tournament is new this season as both the 16U T1ER and 18U SHOW leagues have assembled two teams to compete against each other. This will allow for the SHOW Top Prospects teams to showcase themselves not only with NA3HL coaches and scouts but also NAHL, NCAA and ACHA coaches and scouts.
