Sheridan forward McKenna makes NCAA commitment

Ryan McKenna played in the 2023 NA3HL Top Prospects Tournament.

The Sheridan Hawks of the NA3HL are excited to announce that Top Prospects forward Ryan McKenna has committed to play NCAA hockey for Manhattanville College.

McKenna is a 5’11/190 lbs. forward that had an incredible year with the Hawks.  In 47 regular season games McKenna racked up 78 points, with 33 goals and 48 assists, and put up two more points (1 goal and 1 assist) during two playoff games.

McKenna also was selected to and played in the 2023 NA3HL Top Prospects Tournament for the Frontier Division team, where he picked up two assists. McKenna ended the regular season as the fourth highest in points in the league. 

Prior to joining the Hawks the Spokane, WA native played for the Wenatchee Wolves 18U AAA program where he garnered 9 points in 13 games in the 2021-22 season, and year before that with the Spokane Braves where he earned 25 points in 13 games. 

The Manhattanville College Valients, located in Purchase, NY, are a NCAA Division III program competing in the United Collegiate Hockey Conference.
