Sunday Wrap-Up: Brahmas cruise to sweep of Austin

The 1st place New Jersey Titans moved to 7-1-0 on the season with an OT win over Norwich on Sunday.

Texas Brahmas 3 @ Austin Ice Bats 0: With a three goal lead the win goes to the Texas Brahmas. In the first period the first goal of the day was scored by Kaden Spaniol, making the score 1-0. In the second period the Texas Brahmas Sam Bailey scored making the score 2-0. In the third period the Texas Brahmas scored a goal by Brentley Hennessey making the final score 3-0. Noah Van Herik saved 23 shots for the shutout and for the win, while Bryson Frazee saved 25 shots and Jadon Mammen saved 55 shots in the loss.

Norwich Sea Captains 1 @ New Jersey Titans 2 (OT): With the overtime play the win goes to the New Jersey Titans. In the first period the New Jersey Titans scored by Zane Mazzola making the score 1-0. Badlands Sabres 5 @ Great Falls Americans 6 (SO): With a one goal lead in the shootout the win goes to the Great Falls Americans. In the first period the Great Falls Americans scored four goals two by Blake Komrofske, and two more by Dmitri Kuleshov, and two goals for the Badlands Sabres scored by Ryan Jordan, and Aden Cobbs making the score 4-2. After a slow second period into the third the Badlands Sabres scored three goals by Carter Kilen, Max Mehus, and Laurence Lundberg, and one goal for the Great Falls Americans scored by Jacob James making the score 5-5. In a shoot out the goal goes to the Great Falls Americans making the final score 6-5. Kaden Ryhder saved 23 shots and Ryan Stowe saved 22 shots for the win, while Hunter Oger saved 14 shots and Dakota Jahnke saved 30 shots in the loss.

Louisiana Drillers 1 @ Texas Road Runners 2: With a one goal lead the win goes to the Texas Road Runners. In the first period the Texas Road Runners scored two goals by Noah Easterson, and Carson Spear making the score 2-0. After a slow second period heading into the third the Louisiana Drillers scored one goal by Roman Vitolo making the final score 2-1.
